New Town Mojito

This flavour-packed ‘New Town Mojito’ is a fruity and refreshing adaptation that gives the classic rum cocktail a run for its money! Featuring Edinburgh’s Classic Gin and Elderflower Liqueur.

INGREDIENTS

25ml Classic Edinburgh Gin
25ml Edinburgh Gin's Elderflower Liqueur
50ml apple juice
15ml fresh lemon juice
Lemon slice to garnish

Method

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add the gin, liqueur and lemon juice.
Top with apple juice and stir.
Garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.
