Pink Grapefruit Fizz

There’s nothing like a glass of fizz to make even the most relaxed summertime picnics feel like an occasion—and Sipsmith's delectable Lemon Drizzle Gin, coupled with vibrant pink grapefruit juice, adds to the festive feel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Sipsmith® Lemon Drizzle Gin
  • 25ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 10ml sugar syrup
  • Prosecco
  • Fresh grapefruit wheel (to garnish)

Method

  1. Add the first three ingredients into an ice-filled shaker and shake well.
  2. Strain into a chilled wine glass and top with Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wheel.
