These are steeped for numerous hours in pure grain spirit, allowing for the release of natural oils and aromas. Notes of citrus and aromatic wild berries paired with the traditional notes of gin present a pleasant and refreshing influence, with Bulgarian coriander also providing an aromatic, gingery orange top note. Soft notes of blueberries, blackberries, Tuscan juniper berries, and Valencian orange peel provide an incredible depth of flavour and gives an intensely smooth finish.
