A fruity, fun tequila cocktail packed with sweetness! Featuring El Jimador Reposado Tequila.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz El Jimador Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
  • 4 Muddled Blackberries
  • Lemon Wheel
  • Blackberries

 

Method

  1. Don’t rest on the reposado, use it to create a coconut cream creation
  2. Muddle blackberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake.
  4. Double strain (To make sure there are no seeds) over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish.
