Aluna Summer Berry Colada

An eye-catching cocktail bursting with flavours of ripe summer berries. A fruity and exotic character that makes for very easy-drinking!

INGREDIENTS

50ml Aluna Coconut
30ml pineapple juice
30ml coconut milk
1 tbsp mixed berry jam
1 tbsp frozen summer berries
20ml lime juice

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice
double strain into glass with ice
Garnish with some mint leaves and red currants.
