Edinburgh Gin Autumnal Bramble


A luscious, seasonal update to the timeless gin cocktail, with gently spiced Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur and Edinburgh distillery's award-winning classic gin!


  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin
  • 20ml Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 5ml Crème de Cassis
  • Blackberry to garnish


  1. Shake all ingredients, apart from the Crème de Cassis, with ice in a Boston Shaker.
  2. Single strain into a Brandy Balloon glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Float the Crème de Cassis on top and garnish with a blackberry.
